Day 222

Only 44 days to go!!! It's getting so close!

I'm getting so excited to meet my little Miss Chloe Elaine! :) I can't believe I only have just over 6 weeks left to wait! (Assuming she doesn't come early...or late...) She is getting so huge, too! On Sept. 9 we had a doctors appointment. She weighed 4 lbs 4 oz already! Her total length is undetermined, but our doctor said everything was looking "big." And apparently Chloe is already "measuring a week ahead." WOW! Now, granted, the last two months the baby will change a lot and everything will be altered from week to week...but I'm cool with her coming a week early if she wants! :) I started out hoping for an early November birth...just a couple days late. But now I'm getting so impatient; I just want her here! Her head circumference is already 12 inches around and her belly is 11 inches around!! But the doctor says she's in the 56th percentile, which is great!

Chloe continues to move around constantly! Poor thing is definitely running out of room though. Every time I eat anything I get sick because she gets more energy from it and starts rolling all around and making me nauseated. =/ Kind of stinks. But it is SUPER cool to watch my entire stomach rolling and jutting out with her movements! As uncomfortable as it is sometimes, I know I will miss it when it's gone.

I have some awesome new sonogram pictures to share!

Chloe definitely has her daddy's lips! Look how big and beautiful they are!! The doctor let us sit and watch her sucking on her tongue for about 5 minutes...it was so cute!

David loves this picture - look how Chloe is already showing off her biceps! ;)

Her tiny little foot is getting bigger...!

Here is a straight look at her face. She is trying to hide behind her two little hands! Tilt your head to the right and you can see her eyes in the shadows, her nose, beautiful lips, and her chin. :)

My favorite full-frontal view of her face!! Tilt your head to the right again... Her hands have finally moved and you can clearly see her forehead, eyes, nose, and pouty lips. :) Her nose was getting a little squished by the ultrasound tool. But I love the little scowl mark just above her nose. Do you think she's getting tired of us looking at her?!

So aside from the fact that it's getting more and more uncomfortable to be in any position thanks to the constant pain in one hip, and the fact that I have a lot of trouble getting full breaths of air since my lungs are so compressed, and I'm getting more and more nauseous all the time, I'm not having that hard of a time at this point of my pregnancy. ;) It's really not that bad, but I'm getting very impatient for Chloe to get out and be here with us!

"Blessed be the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, who has blessed us with every spiritual blessing in the heavenly places in Christ, just as He chose us in Him before the foundation of the world, that we should be holy and without blame before Him in love..."

Ephesians 1:3-4
